Wang Tao is Associate Professor and PhD supervisor on Industrial Engineering and Computer Science at University of Saint Etienne, researcher at Decision & Information Sciences for Production Systems laboratory. His research interests lie in the interdisciplinary field of Operations Research and Healthcare Engineering, especially in mathematical modeling and Machine Learning. He continuously works in several international and regional research projects on health care system management and reform, covering operating theatre scheduling, bed management, emergency network configuration, cancer treatment planning, drug delivery, home care services management and medical data mining.
