Transport for people with reduced mobility (TPMR) ensures equal opportunities by providing a personalized service regulated by law in France. Complex and costly, it requires real-time decision-making and dynamic planning to manage constraints, unforeseen events, and priorities while optimizing costs and user satisfaction. This thesis aims to study the dynamic demand-responsive transportation problem (Dynamic-DARP), incorporating the specific constraints of TPMR and real-time planning, with a focus on prioritizing constraint violations and generating alternative solutions for operators.
