Jessica FLORENCIA

I am a PhD student in INSA Lyon. My current research topic is Ensure a dynamic organisational performance of an Emergency Department by exploring the structure of agent interactions. This PhD research topic is a part of JUmeau Numérique pour un sErvice d’Accueil des Urgences (JUNEAU) project.
